any dilution looks to have been done already and Tom's been working with debt holders, they have incentives to hold not sell, if you read the recent filings it's all detailed -- any additional increase in the O/S upto A/S will likely be under such terms:
and Tom has personally guaranteed some of them they won't lose, and he's a major investor also, deferring compensation and reimbursements as needed --
he's in it to win it, he's in upto his eyeballs right with the shareholders --
