sunstar, I think a very strong possibility that you describe here.

We've seen RONIN's immediate reaction to PPHM statement that it was time to split Avid from PS-Targeting. I think PPHM's strategy is to make RONIN disclose indirectly that they are not after Avid but after PS-targeting.

I am sure that if RONIN would be offered a buy-out of Avid (that they like so much) they would not take it. It is PS-targeting they want and the effort over the past period to emphasise that it is worthless or RONIN effort to tell us that R&D should be stopped immediately it to high.

By the way: Why does RONIN want to go against shareholders that invested in R&D and tell them they must invest in production? They could have olaced their money elsewhere.

But no. In JAN 2017 te lear that we have a poor BoD, worthless CEO and CTO that don't even have a plan (according to their letters) and in the NEXT 5 MONTHS they buy 8.8% of that crap? Who can understand that? Why not just walk away and leave us alone?

No, they buy in and then tell us we should stop doing what we invested in in the first place. If I wanted an average 10+% investment I wouldn't be in PPHM. PPHM was an ALL or NOTHING investment now they want to turn it in a production company and make it a average investment.

And why? Avid has 2+6 Awards won. In ran 5 consecutive years RECORD TURN-OVER, it went from a mere single customer to portfolio, it increased capacity and technology. What does RONIN think he can approve that Avid (which was doing great) could not do also.

And the ONLY negative point (which may well be caused by PPHM/Avid being under Activist attack) is that the INITIAL (to be updated) guideline for revenue of FY are the same as past year.

Very clear, RONIN isn't interested in AVID because there is NOTHING he can improve UNLESS he has the customer ready in which case it was WAY MORE SIMPLE to just guide them to AVID.
