This guy either knowingly mislead or he isn't(shouldn't be) qualified.

IMO if Dan wants to be taken seriously and not be looked at as a scammer he should have severed ties with anyone who has a connection to the past fraud.

Especially the guy who enabled the scam with a falsely given resource estimate
