Excel, the company is not going to reveal if they're in buyout discussions. Naturally they would want to refute any rumors and say they're moving forward with business as usual. I think it's possible we'll see a buyout sooner than we think. The company has already tried the "hire a CEO to run the company" and for the last two CEOs it hasn't worked well at least form a shareholder ROI perspective, as the stock price now is considerably lower than it was during the average span of both Tom Moore's and Dan O'Connor's tenure. Selling the company now would make sense from two perspectives: 1) patients benefit as the trial execution and pipeline advancement would be in the hand of a larger more expert firm that gets the vaccines to market faster, and 2) ADXS investors, long underwater, would finally be made whole and get an ROI.
