E2 hasn't even happened yet. GCC will eventually be able to be sold. Not uncommon for there to be restrictions on these types of deals. And UNGS I'd bet anything if you wanted to sell, you could put it out there @ the .0001 & your shares would easily be gone by the end of next week.
