Good points and questions that should be answered. I concur. I feel EAPH has intellectual properties that these big firms need. That how in my ooenion they got Bayer. BMV was their first partner because of manufacturing. I think EAPH and BMV have forced Bayers hand. Wouldent do business with small EAPH unless they had to. I also think EAPH is deversifying with royalties from BAYER proceeds.
Hopefully the news on Monday will provide some details needed to prove manufacturing and distribution is very close.
Anyone thinking of buying here should read your post. These are all true examples and a good indication of what will happen here with Bayer. We’ll probably never hear another thing about this deal. It’ll just vanish cause they “couldn’t come to terms”, or some other excuse.
EAPH produces nothing(literally ZERO revs in 29 years) but PR’s which they dump shares into. Investing here means you’re playing the chart or didn’t do proper DD. There’s no other logical scenario imo.
