I would not worry about divies since I am sure that it will be coming just the matters of time.
TA don't really care that much about restricted divies cause they know it does not have any value till it is free to trade. This is base on true story my friends since I own another sub penny that had sponoff and it took 3mons getting delivered to my acct and all delayed the TA.
