Absolutely. I understand and I agree with you. I'm not overlooking the fact that this little boost could just as well have been staged to keep morale up. The volume is ok but certainly nothing spectacular and still very sporadic, nothing consistent.
If Edgarsmoney is correct then they have until next Friday to publish the full year 10K for 2016. If they don't even have the money to manufacture, where are they going to get the funds to pay fines if they miss this date.
