Of course it should. And it should have been "undisclosed M&A partner" as well. And a 21% improvement over an undisclosed number isn't very instructive either.

To a careful reader/investor the lack of transparency and abuse of the language is blatant. Clearly he's had a lot of experience, but he's only pretty good at it.
