false info.. sorry... they bought for their own account with a hold time on min one year.. conversion rates 003/001 range sure, but only one small 30K note on short term.. and everyhitng else in well into 2018..

I would want a market discount as well..if I were to hold anything for longer then one year..

Even thou some of the things u said might be true u must admit good things are happening in the company I feel things are looking up for the company and they did pay off some of their debt I think we will see a very successful company in the future and I want to be a part of it
