I am starting to wonder why anyone buys stocks on OTC as so much talk of manipulation or scams. I guess it is like the story of the guy who goes into town and asks if there is a poker game in the city. The response is yes, but the game is fixed. Is it the only game in town?, asks the visitor and getting a yes replies "Lets go".

I wonder just how much monkey biz actually takes place on OTC?
