technicals look a lot worse after 1 pm yesterday

$VCPS ~ The way the MM's were shifting around the bid/ask last week by playing around with different large bid sizes was definitely a telegraphing sign of this upward move, which I had pointed out last week.
Showing nice signs so far with good potential to break into .001+ for next leg upward soon.

***I've also been pointing out to look for a move up in September, and have been pointing out the OBV & A/D showing stability and increases over last 2 weeks.
***Also been saying for over a week to watch the +D/-D on ADX for bullish lines convergence crossover that is happening now.
Next should be a P-Sar dots flip to bullish soon.
