It requires follow up. Something was rejected about the patent but we don't know what and whether it is material or not cause google still shows patent pending

I think you still have patents in Europe and China but the US I think they have to submit a new patent application. Also you know they could start by launching in China and Europe where they do have patents while the new US application is being submitted.
