False. What longs have said is ZJMY is rolled into DOLV & since the new name will be JB&ZJMY Holding that implies more than ZJMY will be rolled in.A logical assumption by the name they chose. No one said it would all be rolled in.

What the longs claim is that Jinbo Holdings... a Chinese conglomerate with over 50 companies under it's umbrella from cars to real estate to wine is going to role their multi billion dollar holding company into a .02 cent pink that can't even be current with the SEC.

It's hilarious that peeps have actually fallen for this P&D
