a TRTC RS might have a temporary pullback, but if they uplist to Nasdaq it could turn out very positively and stock will move up on large Institutional buyers getting the first American MJ co. to go to Nasdaq.
Like I said, I'm not worried about a RS. I look at it as a good thing if done correctly.
