At times it is better to be silent and safe than be sorry later after inadvertently revealing any information. There are law firms that are just waiting like vultures ready to sue companies for the slightest of slip-ups.
That is not to say that definitely something positive is going on, but hard to find any rationale for the silence for any other reason - unless there is some really bad news that they are delaying on relaying. But then, you begin to wonder why they have been doing a lot of hiring, some of which are key positions that will drive design and manufacturing processes.
So it is fair to be optimistic and lend them some time. After all, there is no escape from father time and the facts will be revealed.
