Nice to see ICNVQ has already formed a much higher New Bottom 0.0004, instead of the previous 0.0003 or even 0.0002! We should see 0.0010 ~ 0.0012 testing again very soon with Strong Continuous Slapping actions... Anyway the Similar-SS, Same-Bottom, and Same-OTCNI-Tier peer (AFTC) still at the New Bottom 0.0003 now.
