A lot of important FACTors many are apparently missing here... RMs indeed take time and this seems to be extraordinarily big... and of course patience is hard to come by in OTC as fundamentals and reality are thrown out the window... I've waited on some for two-four YEARS... and some have delivered, are delivering, expected to deliver while yes others not so much but those are 'learned' gambles I take and take responsibility for.



In the end, it remains all about what you know, your money and whether you believe...

Because he likely bought the preferred shares at a discounted price and then can convert them to commons and sell them....that's how part of the scam works.

At least you can grab all these cheapies and next week you can grab even cheaper cheapies ;)
