Very Astute observation VF.

The rescission is noted on page 8 of SHOM's March 31, 2017 quarterly report. It's interesting that they incorrectly listed it as being submitted March 31, 2016.

Note George Chang's signature as well:

I still don't find the rescission of KC Global. Copy and paste it for me. I want to see it. Any rescission would explain many things.
