I have a triglyceride issue so I decided to try this, found it has 4 grams of fiber per serving. I usually have to pound drinks like this to get them down but this is actually enjoyable and I can drink it slowly with no problem. All natural too. If I remember, I'll post my triglyceride levels after a month or so. Very impressed so far!
