I’m just hoping the company and we will survive till the trial closes. This is taking a life time to get done ;)

Question, does this scenario make any sense:

CYDY closes a 15m raise before PR, so it can organically uplist on great news.

Scenario:
1. Raise 15m now
2. Release great PR (PE and Safety)
3. Rising SP (no neg. impact from raise)
4. Organic uplist.

I’ve seen a number of raises, right after a great PR, more often than not it negatively impacted the rising SP.

One question that keeps popping up in my mind:
Why organically uplist if CYDY wants to be bought out and there’s enough money (15m is half a year)?
