K&ET there's a real turd, I bet something grows out of it though seems the board is a non-stop $hit show and the CEO and his mom pretty flagrant, I don't see them stopping now.
As for the Form4's, I felt it would be interesting to simply see if there's any correlation between form 4's and price overall (given most are D's), then split data by A vs D, then you could even look at the amount of shares bought of sold in the form as a percentage of either some avg volume or OS count... compare pricing a few days prior to the form, the day after the form is released and maybe one of two data points after.
