The small fish shorts are so used to riding the HFT coattails that they keep waiting and hoping that it's about to start up again. They think it's topped and they start shorting, but the HFT doesn't follow through. The retail shorts are probably the primary source of shares right now.
Nice post Khaled. As we have seen before things can change quickly and sharply with ADXS. Let's see if we are at the start of another run up to $30. We certainly are a much stronger and clinically advanced company now than when we were at $30 back in 2015.
