Because it's common sense. Penny stocks don't go up for no reason at all.. A stock goes up when it gains sustained traction. This stock has traction but is by no means sustained. 2 good days is wonderful but without a tweet or PR tomorrow is not promising. Only thing promising going in to tomorrow is the somewhat steady levels during consolidation today.
