I don't even think Tony knows when the deal will close. October 31 is probably just a random date chosen when he threw a dart at a gigantic calendar and it landed on that day.

Could be so, that is business, but at least we will have the financials done. There are so many more deals and opportunities. Tony will find a way. The prospects look really good for the Songbird deal by mid October and could be sooner.
