3-4 in this sector ran 100-500% I suspect on the Hurricane coming. It happens all the time when one is moving in and those tickers in the energy sector and cleanup sector make huge moves. Just gotta go with the momentum.

Stock. Don't think it's a Pump N Dump. Does not show up anywhere on "the OTC today" site ( OTC shows P&D tickers ). They may have missed it tho.
