OXYS got a feeling for some reason this will move one day. Someone got lucky and got 100k at .0035 but bid went up. not a slapper but getting 50k at bid might be ok

according to DE needs 2016 AR but still active. Changed name on DE to OxySure Therapeutics, Inc. actually went through on OTCM. name change effective 02/12/2016 and RS PR 2 months later. then nothing. would b ring it to .75 a share which is not that bad. 50k at .015 would be 1k .75 so could make money after RS. PRE14 said between 1 for 2 and 1 for 100.... no DEF14 filed. may not have been voted for 42% insiders held and one 5% owner had about 35%. thats 77% big holders. could be good one if they dont do large RS. would be gambling on it NOT doing RS but would need filings to come out.
