Mates: does the CEO have to alert investors,
or file paperwork, before he converts the pfd?
Also, what is the big deal with the investigation? Maybe someone sold shares they did not have (naked shorting) or spread a bad rumor, igniting a selloff. It will not affect our price.
Right now, the company is clean. The price will only move north, and stay north, when revenues - not expectations of revenues - come in. It is time for the cash register to ring. Otherwise, we are just a good idea that failed.
