What came out to panic people to sell?? Plus if the naked shorts are covering they would be buying not selling!! Unless the naked shorts are adding to their positions creating more illegal shorts! is it possible that some promoters are selling their stock or their was a debt converted into stock to pay for marketing or a promotion? I really don't understand the philosophy of doing this, all it does is create dilution of the share price and scare investors away. These penny stock companies should never diluted their shares, they should find ways to add value to their share price in which would attract more investors
