WELL, if this ship stays upright and heading into the wind . I can see both of these as part of the needs required. I would think they would want to ring some of these shares out and tighten the ship up sos to speak. as for cash I would think some future contractual deals would take care of that'd of course the uplifting brings the heavy money of the whale's . It will take some very careful planning and PR work with matching filings to verify there intent. I'm a huge believer in filings and all this chit chat is nice but it is just that chit chat :)
