yes don, that was my concern too...everyone seemed to blow it off but I was wondering if there is INDEED no difference betweeen the 2 classifications of stock, B or H, then why would the board care as to which type of shares are involved in the transaction. Also, what is the difference between the 2...Unlike what many were saying here, I do believe there must be a difference, otherwise why would the have had to change the classification...IMO
