Fair value less than 4 cents, book value could be a negative figure if assets are not worth buying. Fair value is based on nothing known at time of NO results. If something is known, could be higher or lower.

Of course other people could say fair value of 50 cents, or $12 if they reside in la la land. Some day this company could legitimately carry a $1 billion price tag, but ...
