Funny part is...I think he knows he has to resign soon. The Russia mess is catching up with him. His son screwed up yesterday, and he knows he's toast. That's why he's working with the Democrats...so at least he can say he got something done!
It's amusing to watch, but someone has to put the government back together again. People are leaving the EPA in droves just as these hurricanes are hitting.
