Yep, Camsing's stock ran. Currently at HK $4.85 (around HK $2.8 before proposing to buy POW!), and about 1 billion shares outstanding (market cap about $630 million USD).
I think it's real. POW! seems to have slowed down their operations. Stan (or whoever posts for him on social media) has slowed down postings. Stan doesn't plug POW! anymore in interviews or comic con panels. Even Marvel support seems to have dropped off. The company seems to be grinding to a halt. I doubt Camsing need most of POW!'s staff (I doubt we did).
Stan, on the other hand, seems to be going to more comic cons than ever before. I can't blame him, $120 each for a photo or autograph. He wasn't making that kind of money at POW! (or probably through Marvel).
