First, you say "The company isn't offering anything that's not available for free in dozens of other outlets." Please provide me the name of just one of those outlets. Been looking for a long time for free cable tv channels that include ESPN, Fox News Channel, CNN, Disney Channel, FX, A&E and so forth.
Second, you say "We see claims of deals struck with content providers, but those content providers say they've never heard of Clikia." Please provide factual evidence of which I am sure there is none.
Third, you say "We see ads on Craiglist looking for people to promote the company's stock on message boards." Who is we? Can you provide me a link? Perhaps if there are ads for paid promoters then maybe there are some ads for paid bashers?? Just a thought.
Fourth, you say, "We see bogus claims of a Netflix buyout." Who is claiming this and again who is we? Please provide evidence.
Fith, you say, "The one thing we haven't seen is the premium channels that were supposed to be launched in August." Here is a quote from their last pr. "The company's cable TV streaming channel package is expected to be available through the Clikia App by the middle of September 2017." You are off by a month.
I could go on but seems like there are lots of statements said here with no evidence to support your claims but I would love to see them.
