I am not a great investor or a business major, just truly belived in the growth of this company. That being said, it seems to me that the person at the top, the leader of the organization, would be responsible for the condition (low price)of the stock and how it got there. From the professional or lack there of responses to my emails, I think I should have just invested in Geraldo's quest for Al Capone's lost treasure.


David Keaveney, President and CEO of MSEP, commented, "The Board of Directors believes the current price of the Common Stock is too low and could act as a deterrent for some, if not most, of the companies it is currently trying to conduct business with. Also the Board of Directors believes the share price is too low to attract potential mergers or acquisition candidates and even new investors to buy the stock.
