We don't have to worry about ciab being..sold so no need to renegotiate.

We have a license to use it. We bought the license for 2 million and 10% of future income.

If they sell ciab our license still exists for whoever buys it. They can't sell our license without us agreeing.

We are getting very little for a loss of 40% of profits.

We don't get stem cells unless they're for insulin production.

We have a deal.

If we get a partnership the progress payments will be paid by that.
'
We are giving up 40% of our profit just as we gave up our right to use ciab for stem cells in the final asset purchase reagreement.

Austrianova gets more and more and we get less.

I don't think it's good for shareholders or the company.

And why are we paying 900,000 over the next months? For what?

I agree there is a deal coming but this looks like an 11th hour agreement.

If this is worth billions then we just gave away every shareholders profits by a huge amount with this.

It looks like a very unfair deal to me.

So if sales down the road are really good, and we are losing 40% of those sale to Austrinova, wouldn't we have the money (because sales are good) to buy Austrianova to get that revenue back?
