We don't have to worry about ciab being..sold so no need to renegotiate.

If they sell ciab our license still exists for whoever buys it. They can't sell our license without us agreeing.

Austrianova gets more and more and we get less.
I don't think it's good for shareholders or the company.
And why are we paying 900,000 over the next months? For what?
I agree there is a deal coming but this looks like an 11th hour agreement.
If this is worth billions then we just gave away every shareholders profits by a huge amount with this.
So if sales down the road are really good, and we are losing 40% of those sale to Austrinova, wouldn't we have the money (because sales are good) to buy Austrianova to get that revenue back?
