Whoever...sure taking a beating on that transaction...perhaps family emergency...Texans being drained of personal assests in more ways than one. Prayers lifted for your situation that i fear is the worst.
Someone really doesn't know how the OTC market works. They basically cut their proceeds in half with that sale. Someone got a hell of a deal on the other end, though.
