It's has to R/S, thats the only way they could do the divy, if it ever even happens

Think they are fully diluted? Would it not be wise to leave some of the A/S for contingencies?

Or do you expect that the "fully diluted" A/S will not be reduced at the same ratio the O/S will when the actual R/S occurs?
