reason why i think it's an RM and not an acquisition is that current management is now former management. new management is team youn.
so basically everything you knew of ETAH is no longer there. assets were sold to outgoing management and new management comes in with their own company.
the company management that you knew before has resigned, and ushered in new management, and new company.
this one is different than others that i've seen...other RMs have been shell companies and didn't have many assets attached to it. this one had assets but sold it to outgoing management, like clearing itself of it to make way for new company to move in.
