It seems that Intel still doesn't get a trial. They get a review of the implications of the EUC's findings, but not a right to contest the findings themselves. I guess that's better than nothing but I would have liked to see Intel clear it's good name.
Intel should have said: "Yippee, we are free to Openly give secret Volume rebates based on loyalty". Fellas, the damage has already been done. The OEMs who's initials aren't DELL know Intel screwed them. As Herb would say "What's done is done, over finished".
The longer this drags out the more it will be in the press "Intel stands naked in front of the world". Is it any wonder Intel didn't have anything to say??
