I haven't looked into RXMD and the whole creditors' situation, but isn't RXMD paying with shares? Isn't that technically dilution. Honest question

Right now, paying off first $250,000 tranche, interest, principal, extension, etc will be done with a combination shares and CASH. We do not know the actual result yet.
