Sounds good to me! I could use a few bucks after the last several weeks. Ha. I do like the looks of this and what they are about for sure. Just going to buy and hold. I don't do so well flipping. I always end up chasing. You can almost guarantee if I sell its going up big a half hr. later. Learning how not be so weak on dips and realize the buying opportunities.
