Let's recap what you just said and then tell me who is right. 1. You say the company can't raise the A/S without letting us know.. FALSE..(Imo)..The main reason they havent raised the A/S is because they most likely have signed an agreement with their toxic lenders guaranteeing the same.. 2. You say management has indicated they spent $300,000 of their own money.. FALSE..Where's the proof? 3. You said "of course they can get money and financing" FALSE..If that were true don't you suppose they would have done that long ago? No one is going to lend them any money..They failed once and without mining experience banks can't take that chance. These guys have been taking investors for a ride.. They claim they have hired a firm to update their financials to file with the SEC.. I don't believe that either.. If they were a legitimate company this would have been done long ago.. .Let's face it..They're btoke!!
