We don't need to up list anytime soon! Better off waiting until the company is established with the Songbird deal and revenue starts to flow in. That's when you do the R/S and up list. Timing is everything and they will do it the right way! Funding is not an issue. It was stated no PP Shares will be sold anymore! Even though some investors really want them to say they will sell PP shares again... they stated no more dilution! Believe it or don't... I believe it!!
