This is one of the things that has me most optimistic about this whole thing. Why fight to keep your shares of something that has very little value? Because you have information on what it is really worth.

It's a very good question, because this is the only thing that would justify FINRA not approving the ticker change yet (although many here already said FINRA doesn't care about the law suit, I still would consider it as a possibility for this delay). If they want to make sure the shell is super clean before approving ticker change, I am fine with that. I can wait. I believe that the date is Sept, 11 (ironically)...
