Depends on what type of incentive is being offered to the franchise owner...let's say johnny offers the franchise owner 1-5 million shares restricted for 12 months based on being the number 1 store in the group

Then offers the sales force a monthly contest...such as highest sales person for each month out of all the stores receives 500k worth of shares for a restricted period...if Johnny can sell the excitement and program strong enough to the employees/franchise owner he will see some serious pushing of the service

He can even offer smaller prizes such as concerts, free 30 days of Viva, gas cards, gift cards, small weekend get aways,...the whole idea behind contesting a sales force is to get numbers you typically wouldn't...these contest would pay the company 10 fold against what it would cost them

Have trained sales people for many years and have learned very well what it takes to motivate sales and how to solidly increase numbers
