Also any thought on the company making it easier for a hedge fund or very large investor accumulating 1s by being silent?? Going along with your theory

I agree 100% with that. They will run the stock before they ever do a reverse split. If they do a 1000 for 1 reverse now it would only bring the stock to .10 cents. That's not going to do the note holders any good because a lot of them are at .30 cents, nor would it benefit the company. Don't want to do much more than a 1000 to 1 because that would leave the A/S less than 20 million. Now if they did a 1000 to 1 at say 002 that would put IHSI at 2.00 per share. A win win for everyone. IMO that is why they are saying no reverse split "AT THIS TIME".This company isn't waisting money to file for nothing. I think we will see a lot of good PRs as soon as the big guns are done loading. Then we will all have reason to celebrate. This is all IMHO of course.
