Max, if i may answer as i have looked into this before and had it confirmed.
If a company on the EAP installs say Inspect V1.0 and then later on installs Inspect v2.0 then it is because they have asked and paid for the new software version. It is not a case of Sigma pressing it on the user, the demand (in all cases) has come from the customer wanting to upgrade to v2.0 and willing to pay the fees to do so.
It is worth noting also that v2.0 is more than just a small change. It is a major enhancement to the web based software.
