"not be on a steady rise" is different than a CONSTANT DECLINE AND HORRIBLE DILUTION / DESTRUCTION OF THE SHARE STRUCTURE.
So its ok for those people who bought in in Dubs, or even Copper, or Sliver, to lose everything? thats downright wrong... i dont expect stocks to always go up, but i dont expect a LEGIT COMPANY to drop and literally hit rock bottom.. cant get any lower than 0001 on retail side.
